Welcome to Kismet (the "Application" or "Service")!
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between the Kismet Team ("Company," "we," or "us") and users of Kismet and its related services ("you" or "User"). This Agreement governs your use of Kismet for communicating with other Users and accessing other online services provided by us. By clicking the "Register" button on the registration form, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement and consent to your registration as a Kismet User.
If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from clicking the "Register" button. Clicking the "Register" button binds you to these terms, regardless of whether you complete the registration process or purchase any paid services. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified versions will take effect immediately upon publication on our website or Application, and such publication shall constitute sufficient notice to you.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Modifications
By accessing or using Kismet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and any supplementary policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy) referenced herein.
Kismet may update or revise this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you disagree with the changes, you must cease using Kismet immediately.
2. User Eligibility & Account Standards
By registering for or using Kismet, you represent and warrant the following:
a. You are 18 years of age or older;
b. You are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction;
c. You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations;
d. You have never been convicted of a felony, indictable offense, sex crime, or any crime involving violence, and you are not required to register as a sex offender.
Account Rules:
You may create an account through manual registration or by using Google, Facebook, or Apple ID login credentials ("Third-Party Account"). Using a Third-Party Account authorizes us to access, display, and use certain information from that account, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
All registration information must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities conducted under your account. Transactions performed using valid login credentials are deemed authorized by you.
You may not authorize others to use your account, transfer your account to a third party, or share your account access with others.
We may suspend or terminate your account if: (i) our Support team reviews correspondence and determines you have lost interest in the Service; (ii) you request the deletion of your personal data without providing a specific reason; (iii) you are identified on anti-fraud platforms or there is credible evidence of your involvement in illegal activities.
3. Age Restrictions and Child Safety Standards
Kismet has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, child sex trafficking, or any other sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors. For purposes of this Agreement, a child or minor is any person under the age of 18.
3.1 Strict Prohibition on Use by Minors
Kismet strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 18 (the "Minimum Age") from registering for, accessing, or using any part of the Service. This prohibition applies notwithstanding any local jurisdiction laws, unless such laws mandate a higher minimum age, in which case the higher age shall govern.
By registering for or using the Service, you affirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the applicable higher minimum age) and have provided accurate age information during registration. You must not misrepresent your age, assist a minor in accessing the Service, or evade age restrictions.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and become aware that your child is using the Service while under the Minimum Age, notify Kismet at albanjonit926@gmail.com or use the in-app reporting mechanism.
Kismet may verify age at any time and suspend an account while verification is pending. If we determine that a User is under the Minimum Age, we will immediately terminate access and delete associated personal data to the extent required by law. Relevant records and evidence may be securely retained where required or permitted by applicable law, including for child safety investigations and reporting.
Kismet also prohibits other activity that endangers minors, including enticement, exploitation, abuse, assault, coercion, promotion of self-harm, suicide-related content, and threats targeting minors. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account termination, and we will report the conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 Definitions
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) means content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child, including grooming, sexual solicitation, sexual extortion, and child sex trafficking, whether online or offline.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) means visual material depicting a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct, or otherwise constituting child sexual abuse material under applicable law. It includes photographs, videos, and computer-generated imagery. Kismet also prohibits AI-generated, manipulated, illustrated, or other synthetic content depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
3.3 Prohibited Content and Conduct
These rules apply throughout the Service, including profiles, images, videos, private messages, links, and other User Content. You must not use the Service to:
· Create, upload, store, request, obtain, share, sell, promote, or distribute CSAM, including links or instructions facilitating access to such material;
· Engage in, encourage, facilitate, or promote CSAE;
· Groom a child, engage in sexualized interaction with a child, solicit sexual contact, or request sexual images or videos from a child;
· Threaten, coerce, blackmail, or sexually extort a child, including through real or alleged intimate material;
· Advertise, arrange, facilitate, or participate in child sex trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children;
· Sexualize children or promote their sexual abuse or exploitation;
· Direct users to external websites, groups, services, or offline activities involving CSAM or CSAE;
· Encourage minors to join the Service or assist anyone in evading age restrictions or child safety enforcement.
These prohibitions apply regardless of any claimed consent or relationship.
3.4 Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users may report suspected CSAM, CSAE, or underage accounts through the in-app reporting tools described in Section 3 or by contacting albanjonit926@gmail.com.
Where available, provide the relevant account identifiers, content location, and a description of the concern. Do not download, copy, attach, or redistribute suspected CSAM to submit a report. Identify the original content through the in-app reporting tools whenever possible.
If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
3.5 Review and Enforcement
Child safety reports receive priority review. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or CSAE, we will promptly review the matter and take appropriate protective action, which may include disabling access to reported content or suspending associated accounts while the review is pending.
When we become aware of CSAM on the Service, we will promptly remove or disable access to it. Confirmed CSAM or CSAE violations will result in removal of the offending content and permanent termination of the responsible accounts. We may also restrict future registrations to prevent further misuse.
We will securely preserve relevant records and evidence where required or permitted by applicable law, restrict access to authorized persons, and handle related personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
3.6 Reporting to Authorities
We will comply with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations, including reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as applicable and where required by law. We will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. Reporting and protective action will not be delayed solely because an internal review remains ongoing when applicable law requires earlier action.
3.7 Child Safety Contact
Child safety concerns, notifications, and inquiries regarding our CSAM and CSAE policies, review procedures, or enforcement practices may be directed to the Kismet Team at albanjonit926@gmail.com. Child safety reports receive priority handling.
The Kismet Team can be reached through this address for referral to the designated child safety point of contact responsible for handling child safety notifications, discussing our prevention and review practices, and coordinating necessary action.

The child safety standards in Section 3 apply to all Content and interactions, including profiles, private messages, images, videos, calls, and links. No content license granted by this Agreement authorizes CSAM, CSAE, or any other prohibited material.
Users can report content, accounts, suspected underage users, and other child safety concerns through the in-app reporting mechanism without leaving Kismet or by contacting albanjonit926@gmail.com. Child safety reports receive priority review and are handled in accordance with Section 3. Do not download, copy, attach, or redistribute suspected CSAM when reporting it; identify the original content or relevant account instead.
We may securely preserve relevant records and evidence following content removal or account termination where required or permitted by applicable law for child safety investigations, reporting, and cooperation with competent authorities. Kismet may monitor disputes between Users at its discretion but has no obligation to do so. We are not responsible for the authenticity of User information, promises made by other Users, or any expectations you may have regarding interactions with other Users.
